Missing Person August 31, 2010

The Russell County Ontario Provincial Police detachment is asking for public assistance in a case of a missing woman from Embrun area. Parise Ouellette, 48, of Embrun, was reported missing by family members July 30. She was seen by neighbours on that same day leaving for a walk with her small beige female poodle by the name of “Mitsou”. She was seen again in Long Sault area on July 31, but has not been seen since. Family members believe she might be on her way to New-Brunswick on foot. She is described as Caucasian, 5’10” (178cm), 170lb (77kg), medium built, green eyes with very short white hair. No clothing description is available at this time. Parise Ouellette requires medication which she has not taken with her when she left.
