Two North Glengarry residents face charges after Stormont-Dundas-Glengarry Ontario Provincial Police officers seized a quantity of drugs at a residence on Concession 1 of North Glengarry January 27. 
Marc Ménard, 27, and Kim Lapierre, 31, will appear in Alexandria court March 3 to answer to the charges that were laid following the confiscation of drugs with a street value of about $4,770.
The following drugs were seized from the residence: 17 methamphetamine tablets, 351 grams of marijuana, two marijuana plants and six grams of hashish. Both face charges of possession, possession for the purpose of trafficking and production of illicit drugs.
